The UK Partner Visa allows partners to join their British or UK-settled partners. The Partner Visa is valid for 30 months and can be extended for an additional 30 months.

Fiancé Visa
A fiancée visa in the UK allows a person who is already in the United Kingdom to bring their future partner to the UK with the intention of getting married. The UK Fiancée Visa is issued for 6 months, during which time the applicant must get married. After the marriage, the applicant will need to apply to extend the visa in order to remain in the UK.
Family Visa
Family members who receive a visa as the partner of a British citizen are granted a visa valid for 2 years and 6 months. To remain in the UK, applicants must submit an application to extend the partner visa for another 2 years and 6 months, 28 days before the current visa expires.
